Led a series of studies on the progress of achieving MDGs is Odisha with support from UNICEF, Odisha. He designed and conducted a Certificate Programme in Leadership and Managerial Proficiency (LAMP) for People Living with HIV, a unique management programme offered for the first time in India by a B’School, in partnership with UNDP. He was Coordinator of PGPRM at XIMB and laid the foundation for the 2 year programme in Rural Management. He has undertaken evaluation studies in Bolivia, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil and Costa Rica.     Nipun Malhotra was born with Arthrogryposis, a rare congenital disorder leading to a lack of muscles in arms and legs and thus commutes on a wheelchair. Medical literature stated that he will live the life of a wooden doll, but he has successfully proved it wrong. Nipun is an alumnus of St. Stephen’s College and the Delhi School of Economics. Nipun Malhotra is the co-founder and CEO of the Nipman Foundation. The Nipman Foundation works in the areas of Health, Dignity and Happiness for Persons with Disabilities. It supports People with Disability get access to wheelchairs and easy financing so that they become self employed and live an independent life. The Ministry of Social Justice has collaborated with the Nipman Foundation as a ‘Partner’ to take the Accessible India campaign forward. Nipman Foundation has a team of trained accessibility auditors who have audited and provided recommendations for disability friendly infrastructure including Delhi Metro, Delhi Haat, Supreme Court and have also worked with the Election commission and the Indian Railways Committee. The Foundation has executed various projects in association with SIAM and CII. Last year we launched a disability themed comic book titled ‘Pepper Makes a Special friend’ in association with Sterling Publishers The Nipman Foundation Equal Opportunity Awards were instituted in 2014 to recognize companies and institutions that not only promote employment of Persons with Disability but also remove all physical and attitudinal barriers encouraging them to flourish in their lives with dignity and Equal Opportunity. E&Y is the Audit Partner for the Awards and entries are judged by a completely independent jury. In March 2015, Nipun was denied entry into a South Delhi restaurant due to him being on a Wheelchair. He tweeted and spoke up against it forcing the Delhi Government to set up a magisterial enquiry. Later he also successfully lobbied with Zomato to add Wheelchair access filters to restaurants. In addition, Nipun Malhotra is Executive Director at Nipman Fastener Industries. Nipman is a leading automotive fastener manufacturing company in India with clients like Hero MotoCorp, Yamaha and Renault Nissan. He is also on the board of Vishwas, a non-profit organisation working in the field of disability and development.

In a professional career spanning over sixteen years, Vinod has broad-based industry and consulting experience across multiple functions. Vinod started his career with New Holland India as management trainee and later worked with Maruti Suzuki India Limited for eight years in diverse roles in operations domain. Subsequently, he worked with consulting firm Booz & Company in middle-east region, advising clients on topics related to strategy & operations. He also consulted with National Institute for Smart Government advising government clients on large technology led transformational initiatives. Prior to joining BMW, he was with SAP India as Sr. Principal, Value Engineering. A Maryland lawyer, Jane earned her B.A. at Boston University, J.D. at Vanderbilt University, and LL.M. at Georgetown University. She practiced as a legal services lawyer in Virginia and Washington, D.C., and later taught on the faculty of University of Baltimore School of Law, Baltimore, Maryland, USA, from 1988-2000. There she established law school clinics, including an environmental justice initiative and a Community Development Clinic. She was a Senior Fulbright Scholar at University of Colombo Faculty of Law, Sri Lanka in 1995-96. She served in New Delhi as Executive Director of the U.S. Educational Foundation in India from 2000-08 and as Advisor to the planners of O.P. Jindal Global University from 2008-09. At University of Baltimore in 2009-11, she directed the Master of Laws program in the Law of the United States for lawyers educated outside the U.S. She returned to India to head Sehgal Foundation in July 2011. Jane’s professional community service in India includes: 2009-present: Member of the Governing Body, O.P. Poonam has also been National Topic Editor and Deputy Editor, Views at Mint and Senior Editor, in-charge of editorial pages at The Financial Express. He advises domestic and international organisations and helps them leverage knowledge for stakeholder engagement programmes. Pranjal has been serving as Advisor, Prasar Bharati, India’s public service broadcaster since 2012. At Prasar Bharati he advises the CEO& Board on HR, technology, revenue and broadcasting matters. He was instrumental in establishing the secretariat for the Sam Pitroda Committee on Prasar Bharati set up by the Government of India. He also served as a member of a working group on Global Initiatives of the Committee. He writes on policy for Business World magazine and DNA Newspaper. The subjects he writes on include inclusive growth and international economic relations. He has been the consulting editor for HBR’s management learning videos for India. Pranjal also teaches information society and media subjects to post graduate students as Guest Faculty. His previous position was Founding Executive Editor, Bloomberg UTV channel. He has previously worked with leading Indian publications like Indian Express and India Today. For these publications he wrote extensively on India’s economic reforms. When domestic private TV news was permitted, Pranjal joined the growing segment. He began his TV journey with CNBC-TV18. At TV Today Network (Aaj Tak Channel), he led a team that created pioneering work in offering business news in Hindi. It was the first such effort in any hindi news channel. He received the News Television Award for Best Anchor and Best Business Show in 2007. Educated at XLRI, Jamshedpur and Harvard Business School, USA, Prof. Philip has a rich blend of experience in management, both in public and private sectors, in human resources development and in educational administration. Prof. Philip started his career at Xavier Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur in 1960, where he became Dean and Professor of Management in March 1970.     Mr. Ashwini began his career as a Geologist with Government of Rajasthan in 1993;moved on to Rural Non Farm Development Agency (RUDA) as a Project Manager, in 2000 and was one of the first trainees of UNIDO for Cluster Development concepts in 2000. He became a trainer for the program the next year and led the promotion of this MSME development concept in Rajasthan. He became UNIDO’s National Expert & served across a number of projects and thematic areas, especially in Rajasthan, M.P., Odisha etc. from 2002 to 2007. He steered the award of some of the first few Community owned Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs)for handloom weavers in India. He regularly contributed on various Task Forces, Policy deliberations & training institutions. He then served IL&FS as a Senior Manager for PPP and skill development projects in the Eastern region of India during 2007-08 leading visioning and business plan formulation for a range of sectors. In 2009, he joined IFC (World Bank) as Operations Officer, to lead a unique strategic CSR program in partnership with Cairn Energy in Barmer, Rajasthan. The project was hailed as one of the most successful programs of community engagement by various evaluation agencies. The Enterprise Centre thus nurtured functions as an autonomous institution even as on date. Mr. Saxena also championed the introduction of various strategic tools for CSR developed by IFC & World Bank Institute besides leading on a number of other investment, PPP and policy initiatives of the World Bank Group.

    Mr. Saxena joined Essar Group to head its CSR activities in Zimbabwe and Mozambique in 2012 and laid the foundation of the CSR framework for businesses ranging from mining & ports to steel manufacturing & infrastructure. He actively contributed to the activities of the Regional Centre for Social Responsibility (RCSR) Zimbabwe, serves as an Honorary Regional Director for CaSI, served as an Executive Committee member of Zimbabwe India Chamber of Commerce (ZICC) for South-South cooperation and has been actively involved in various Business Roundtables in Zimbabwe. His career span of 25 years covers a range of sectors, thematic areas, capacity building, institution building, policy development and private sector development initiatives. He holds post graduate degree in Geology, Business Management and CSR Leadership from University of Geneva. He has a number of research papers, studies and articles to his credit, published & recognised at various international seminars, conferences and journals. He started his work from Mumbai in 1985 on the issues of slum youth, street children in urban areas. After the post-graduation in Social Work he led networking processes of rural organizations in Maharashtra to advocate human rights of rural poor and build capacities of grassroots organizations. During major natural and manmade calamities he monitored relief and rehabilitation interventions. He has experience of working with Government development projects. He has created a cadre that have evolved innovative alternative livelihood models such as nature farming for small farmers, learning enhancement centres to deliver quality education for the neglected children.

    Rajesh Tiwari, has graduated in Commerce from St. Xaviers College, Kolkatta and is an MBA from University of Hull, England. He has a vast experience of more than 27 years across various industries starting with Management of large companies and thereafter mentoring and building enterprises worth Billions of Dollars. He has thorough knowledge of government workings and political environment, management of large enterprises, international trade, public affairs and fund raising including equity structuring, capital infusion and project management. Rajesh is the Director General and CEO of Indian Centre for CSR (ICCSR) which he founded. ICCSR integrates and shares the global best practices with its clients while ensuring they are suitably adapted to work in the Indian context. Rajesh floated Tikona Digital Network (TDN) as Co-founder in partnership with Goldman Sachs, Oak Investment Partners and Indivison in the year 2008. Before TDN, Rajesh was at Reliance-Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group as Group Director where as a core team member he made significant contributions to the company’s telecom businesses, power, insurance and other group activities. Prior to this, he was Group President of Reliance Industries having responsibility of Business Development and Corporate Affairs. He also worked towards building presence of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) in fuel retail distribution business, and supported all other group Business’s. He was also responsible for putting up Optical Fibre network of over 150,000kms in two and a half year. He was a member of RIL - Core Elite Team and had the pleasure of enjoying absolute confidence of Late Shri. Dhirubhai Ambani. Earlier in his career, Rajesh was part of the elite Government service for 14 years where he was part of the founding team of MTNL, government owned Telco. He has also worked as Private Secretary to Minister of Information and broadcasting, here his contribution amounted to virtually freeing airwaves, which paved way for introduction of Television channels in India in a big way including privatization of FM Radio. Rajesh has been an Executive Director of Bharat Aluminum where he enabled Bharat Aluminum to get privatized from being a Government entity. He has also severed as Executive Vice President of Afro-Asian Satellite Communications prior to starting his career at Hindustan Lever Limited. He knows a large number of Indian languages and is rated as one of India’s best sports commentator who regularly covers all Olympics and various international events for Delhi Doordarshan- India. He is also a member of “UNEP Expert Group for Eco Business” and is regularly invited for talks in various CSR Related events all over the world.

    Saharsh David is a Post Graduate in Social Work from Nirmala Niketan College of Social Work- Mumbai University and a trained professional in political and strategic communication from International Academy for Leadership, Germany and expertise in Human Rights Education. Saharsh is currently heading Corporate Social Responsibility of Sandvik Asia, Prior to this he was leading Bisleri CSR Department (10 Billion Litres harvested under CSR Program of Bisleri with Check Dams, Lake Renewal and Independent sites). He was also project Director in Praja Foundation a reputed NGO in Mumbai to create accountability and transparency in the role of elected representatives that included developing an interactive website and white papers on Governance with authenticated information through RTI. With Akshara, a women resource center Saharsh has worked on producing documentary films on issues concerning gender diversity and inclusion. As the project lead he has produced about 6 documentary films on social issues and was instrumental in bringing the women safety number 103 in Mumbai now anchored with Mumbai Police. Saharsh is also associated with Global Compact Network India for the last 2 years and had pioneered in setting up UNGC Pune Chapter. He is also instrumental in creating inter-corporate platforms on new CSR Bills, Solid Waste Management Projects in Chakan, Swedish Company CSR platform with Swedish Chambers of Commerce in India.
